Can I send my parcel to a different address to my billing address?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Simply enter the delivery address while checking out.

Are payment details included in parcels?
As many of our products are purchased as gifts we do not include payment details in any parcels, instead we send you an email receipt with all the details of your transaction. If you create an account on the site you can also access all your previous transactions by logging in.

I would like to change my order, is this possible?
If you would like to change your order please send us an email as soon as possible. We can update your order for you if it has not been dispatched and we have the items you require in stock.

I would like a custom design, is this a service you offer?
Unfortunately due to printing costs we cannot offer one-off items.
